Edit on the go

Create → Publish → Manage

The design and the screen fleet live in the same system.

Make the actual screen, publish an atomic release, and keep track of what every assigned player is doing.

01

Create

Build on a free-position canvas.

Place text, photos, video, art, widgets and live information where you want them. Start with a template or a blank board.
02

Publish

Send a complete release.

Screens receive a versioned release and cache it before switching, so a partial download never replaces the working screen.
03

Manage

Know what every TV is showing.

See online status, current board and update state, then change content or troubleshoot remotely without touching the TV.

Relay Assistant · AI NEXT

Describe the screen you want. Get an editable board.

A general prompt can produce multiple editable scene concepts using only the Media you authorize. Pick one, keep editing normal Canvas Relay elements, or ask for bounded plain-English changes. Nothing is published until you review and publish it yourself.

Prompt → concepts → editable layers

AI proposes 2–3 materially different SceneDocs; choosing one does not flatten it into an image.

Natural-language edits stay constrained

Move, resize, align, restyle, replace approved Media and adjust timing through validated operations and review-first proposals.

AI signage workflow

Illustrative · simulated locally

This interactive mock changes local page state only. It does not execute AI, upload the prompt, or create a real board.

3 finished referencesNothing published

Retail campaign

Finished seasonal promotion with lifestyle photography and a clear CTA.

Note: Make the primary message larger

These finished references are visual examples, not flattened templates in the editor. No AI executes here. The product workflow creates normal editable elements for you to review before publishing.

Try the editor

Snap a photo of your menu. Get a board.

AI menu import reads a photo or PDF of your printed menu into editable items and prices — it works for price lists and PDFs generally, not just menus. You review everything before anything goes live. Paste text works too, no AI required.

The screen can change itself when the day changes.

Combine live widgets with scene schedules that evaluate by weekday, time, date, priority and venue timezone—then preview exactly what plays now.

Reliability

Creative when you want it. Boring when it needs to run.

A release should arrive completely, keep playing locally, and report its state without asking someone to stand under the TV.

01

LOCAL CACHE

Keeps playing offline

Players cache the active release locally so a network problem does not turn the TV into a blank rectangle.
02

ATOMIC RELEASE

Complete updates only

A new version activates after the complete release is ready instead of replacing working content mid-download.

THE SHORT VERSION

Questions, answered

Clear answers before you connect a screen.
01Do I need special hardware?+

No. The browser player is available now. Raspberry Pi and BrightSign have appliance/host tooling that still requires exact-hardware QA, while other TV platforms keep clearly labeled compatibility or beta paths.

02What can I put on a screen?+

Text, photos, uploaded video, shapes, widgets, multi-scene layouts, linked menu/product data, slideshows, schedules, announcements, promotions, menus and more.

03Does it keep playing if the internet drops?+

Player-class devices cache complete releases before activation and keep playing the current release offline instead of replacing it with a half-loaded update.

04Is the first screen really free?+

Yes. The free plan includes one live watermarked screen, three boards, core editing, basic widgets and 500 MB of media storage with no credit card or trial clock.

05Does AI publish changes automatically?+

No. AI can generate editable board concepts, create and edit images, build slideshows, read menu content, and propose constrained scene/copy/layout changes, but you review the result before it is accepted or published.

06Which TV platform should I use?+

A browser is the easiest test path, Raspberry Pi is strong for unattended installs, and Roku remains a native beta. Android TV / Google TV and Fire TV have browser paths plus native development source, but no Play Store or Amazon Appstore release is available.
