What counts as a screen?
One paired device playing your boards — a Fire TV stick, Android TV, Raspberry Pi, PC, or browser tab. Design and preview as much as you like on any plan; live screens are what's counted.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your screens fall back to the free watermarked view after a grace period and dunning reminders. Your boards, menus, and media are never deleted over non-payment — resubscribe and everything comes back.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes — one live screen with a small 'Powered by CanvasRelay' watermark, the full basic editor, 3 projects, and 500MB of media. No credit card required.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual plans include 2 months free (e.g. Creator is $90/screen/year instead of $108).
