Create an event or welcome screen

Combine a large arrival message with schedule/countdown/QR information and timed scene changes.

Event and lobby screens work best when the arrival message is obvious from a distance and secondary information stays intentionally sparse.

Build it

Start from Welcome / event in /demo/templates.
Use large welcome text, then add only the necessary date/time, QR, countdown, agenda, sponsor, or announcement elements.
Use scenes and scheduling when different parts of the day need different content.
Preview for distance, Publish, and verify the physical screen before guests arrive.
