Plans & billing

The price on the pricing page is the whole price — no add-on tax, no per-feature upsells inside a plan. Creator and Pro are per screen per month; Studio is flat with 5 screens included and a per-screen price beyond that. Annual billing is 2 months free.

One screen, the full editor, core widgets (clock, QR, menu list, hours), with a small 'Powered by CanvasRelay' watermark on the TV. It's the real product, not a trial — free forever. Paid plans remove the watermark and unlock more screens, widgets, and AI credits.

Settings → Billing shows your plan, screens used vs allowed, and invoices. Upgrade, change screen count, update the card, or cancel — all self-serve through the Stripe customer portal, no email-us. Cancelling returns you to the free plan at period end; your content is never deleted over non-payment.

Pair more screens than your plan allows and you get a 7-day grace period with an email and a dashboard banner. After grace, the newest over-limit screens show a 'screen limit reached' card (with an upgrade QR) — existing screens keep playing. We never silently bill for more screens.
