Team & roles

Invite teammates by email and control what they can do with roles.

Settings → Team invites people by email into your organization. Invites expire after 7 days and can be resent or revoked. The invitee signs up (or signs in) with the invited address and joins in one click.

Roles

Owner — everything, including billing, API keys, team management, and deletion. Every org keeps at least one.
Admin — everything except billing-critical owner actions; can manage screens and members.
Editor — designs boards, edits menus, publishes. Can't manage keys, org settings, or the team.
Viewer — read-only. Sees boards, screens, and menus; changes nothing.

Roles are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the UI. Removing a member cuts their access immediately — existing sessions lose the org on the next request.
