What we store, how long we keep it, and how to export or delete everything.

The short version: we store your account, your content, and the telemetry needed to keep screens healthy. We don't sell data and don't run third-party ad trackers. The full policy is at /privacy.

Export everything

Settings → Export bundles your organization's data — boards, menus, scenes, media manifest — as a download, emailed when ready. One export per day.

Deletion

Scheduling deletion locks the org and starts a 14-day grace period (cancel any time). After grace, content, media, and keys are erased; an anonymized audit note and the Stripe customer id survive as required for tax records. Deleting your personal account anonymizes it immediately.

Retention

Screen telemetry (playback, heartbeats): 90 days.
Audit events: 1 year.
Trashed media: 30 days, then purged.
