What Accept/Discard does to an AI suggestion

What you may be seeing

• A user is unsure whether an AI suggestion is saved/live, or sees a pending AI proposal.

What usually causes it

• AI suggestions intentionally require review.
• Accepting a layout saves it but does not mean the board has been published to screens.
• Discard restores the pre-preview scene for layout suggestions; spent credits are still spent.

Do this

1. Review the proposal/diff before accepting it.
2. For a layout preview, Accept keeps and saves the proposed scene; Discard restores the prior snapshot.
3. For copy/bulk proposals, Accept writes the reviewed changes; Discard rejects them.
4. After accepting a change that should appear on TVs, Publish the board. AI does not silently publish for you.

You know it is fixed when

• The editor/Data state matches the accepted proposal and the board is only live after an intentional Publish.
