Brand kit, custom font, logo, or color is not available
Brand kits are Studio-gated; custom fonts are separately entitlement-gated. The editor reads the organization's saved brand snapshot into its pickers.
What you may be seeing
- Brand kit shows an upgrade state, a font cannot be uploaded/used, or a saved kit has not appeared in an already-open editor.
What usually causes it
- The plan lacks brand_kits/custom_fonts.
- The user lacks organization write permission.
- The logo is not an image in the Media library.
- An already-open editor needs to reload/re-read the saved kit.
Do this
- Check Settings → Billing/plan entitlement first.
- For a brand logo, upload/select an image from Media; brand kit logo selection uses the media library.
- Save the kit under Settings → Brand kit with the intended colors and heading/body fonts.
- Reload/reopen the editor if an already-open tab has not picked up the new brand snapshot.
You know it is fixed when
- The editor color/font pickers show the saved brand choices and the selected font/logo renders as expected.
