Save/reuse an item-card template or insert menu cards/stacks

What you may be seeing

• A user wants a repeated visual item-card style, or an inserted card/stack displays the wrong menu data.

What usually causes it

• Card templates are built around recognized slot bindings; arbitrary selected elements without card slots are not a valid saved card template.
• Inserted cards/stacks resolve the menu item/section chosen in the picker, so the wrong data choice produces a correct layout with unintended content.

Do this

1. Use the Add/menu data picker to insert an Item card for a specific menu item or a Stack for a menu section.
2. After styling a slot-based card selection, use its context action Save as card template and name it.
3. Reuse that template for other menu items while choosing the intended item/section binding.
4. If displayed prices/names are wrong, inspect the data binding before changing the visual template itself.

You know it is fixed when

• Repeated cards share the intended visual template but resolve each chosen menu record's current data correctly.
