CanvasRelay says another tab or person changed the scene

What you may be seeing

• Save/Publish reports that the scene changed since this editor loaded.

What usually causes it

• The same board is open in another browser tab/device.
• A teammate edited the scene.
• This tab remained open while another operation wrote a newer scene revision.

Do this

1. If the newer work matters, reload the board to get the latest revision, then re-apply your local change.
2. Close stale duplicate editor tabs when you do not need them.
3. Use the overwrite/force path only when you intentionally want this tab's scene to replace the newer revision; do not use it reflexively.

You know it is fixed when

• The editor is working from the latest revision and subsequent Save/Publish completes without a conflict.
