Make an event or welcome screen

What you may be seeing

• You need a lobby/event TV to show a clear welcome, timing, QR code, or changing agenda.

What usually causes it

• Events benefit from a small number of large, scheduled scenes rather than a dense desktop-style layout.

Do this

1. Start from Welcome / event in the demo/templates or use a blank board.
2. Keep the arrival message large, then add only the necessary date/time, QR, countdown, agenda, or sponsor elements.
3. Use scenes and scheduling when morning/afternoon/event phases need different content instead of manually editing the live board.
4. Preview for the actual viewing distance, publish, and watch the target screen before guests arrive.

You know it is fixed when

• The most important arrival message is readable at distance and scheduled scene changes happen at the expected time.
