Menu price, sold-out state, or linked data is not changing on screen

What you may be seeing

• Data shows the new value but a board/screen shows an old or unrelated value.

What usually causes it

• The board was not published after the data change.
• The visible price/text element is static or bound to a different menu item.
• A stack/card references a different section/item than expected.
• The screen is behind/pinned/offline.

Do this

1. Open Data and verify the exact menu item record and price/sold-out state.
2. In the editor, select the visible price/item card and confirm it is bound to that record rather than static text or another item.
3. Save the editor if you changed binding/layout, then Publish the board.
4. If only one screen remains old, use the screen-not-updating checks rather than changing the data repeatedly.

You know it is fixed when

• The editor preview resolves the intended bound value and the physical screen shows it on the current feed version.
