A feature is locked, missing, or says the plan does not include it
Feature gates are server-side entitlements. Free, Creator, Pro and Studio deliberately expose different screen, AI, API, sync, font, widget and brand capabilities.
What you may be seeing
- A catalog item/control has a lock badge, an action returns plan-required/limit, or a quota is exhausted.
What usually causes it
- The organization plan does not include that entitlement.
- A numeric quota such as screens, storage, AI credits, team members or free-plan boards is exhausted.
Do this
- Open Settings → Billing and check the current plan and screens used/allowed.
- For a locked feature, use the documented plan matrix rather than repeatedly retrying the action.
- For a numeric quota, free capacity when possible (unused screens/media/etc.) or choose a plan/quantity that actually matches usage.
You know it is fixed when
- The entitlement is active or usage is back below the quota, and the previously gated action succeeds.
