A screen is showing the wrong board

What you may be seeing

• The screen works and updates, but it is playing a different board than expected.

What usually causes it

• The device is assigned to another board.
• The board was changed on the device (for example from the Roku board picker).
• The similarly named board you edited is not the one assigned to this device.

Do this

1. Open Screens and read the board name on the affected device card.
2. Use the board assignment control on that screen to choose the intended board.
3. Make sure the intended board has at least one published release; saving an unpublished board is not enough for playback.
4. On Roku during playback, press OK to open the board chooser; choosing a published board there updates the device's assignment as well.

You know it is fixed when

• Screens shows the intended board on the device and its deployment becomes active for that board's target feed.
